Martin LipmanI am writing this testimonial about CREST REMOVALS LTD who moved our office in its entirety, today Friday 8th July 2011. As a BNI member ourselves of 9 years standing, we sourced several removal companies to quote for our move and decided to not only source BNI members who offered this service but also compare them to non BNI member removal companies. We eventually narrowed the companies down to two BNI member's companies and then decided on CREST for the following reasons. Firstly they were very friendly and polite on the phone which we found comforting and secondly they turned up at our premises on time on the date we arranged and gave us a quote within 24 hours that beat the competitive quote by almost 20% ! Dave the owner of the company turned up to meet us as potential new clients and to access our removal requirements, rather than just send a staff member. On the day of the move, as arranged, they turned up at exactly the time agreed with 2 lorries and several staff to move us. The move was conducted swiftly and efficiently and all of the staff were not only friendly and obliging but nothing was an issue even when we asked them to re-open already sealed and removed crates because we had mislaid a few items. At all times all of the Crest staff were more than helpful and the move to our new premises was completed in less than 3 hours and the old office which had some furnishings remaining, was left spotless and tidy. As we are all aware, a testimonial is not for companies who carry out the duties they state they will do as par for the course but for going that 'extra mile' and CREST in our opinion, went beyond their call of duty, not only sourcing additional furniture for us to purchase at very reasonable prices but including the delivery of these additional items in the removal price and even throwing a couple of items in free of charge. We would not hesitate to recommend CREST for any company's removals and would like to once again thank Pauline and Dave and all the staff at CREST for making our office move painless.

Denis HeathcoteCrest Removals undertook the wholesale relocation of library stock and furnishings from the Osterley campus to the main Uxbridge campus of Brunel University in August 2006 over a period of around 13 working days. The staff of the company collaborated closely with Brunel University library staff and with me as project manager in ensuring that stock was crated, transported and reshelved in the order which matched work carried out by Brunel staff at the receiving end to make shelving available at a number of points in the existing sequence. The Crest foreman (Eddie???)  took particular care to liaise with Brunel staff on a daily basis to ensure that both parts of the library reorganisation remained in phase, and readily agreed changes in priority to ensure that the relocation proceeded smoothly and without undue delay. Crest staff conducted themselves on University premises in a wholly appropriate manner (as the library remained open to staff and students throughout), and were careful of security and health risks. They established a partnership with temporary University staff (recruited to reorganise the Uxbridge library) which was the key to the successful completion of the project. It is true that work ran a little over the estimated period but that was discussed and agreed. Crest Staff worked hard but flexibly, and in cooperation with us. I have overseen 15 such projects in the past 20 years and I can confidently state that Crest's performance compares favourably with that of most other companies, includeing some which claim particular competence and experience in library moves. I confidently recommend Crest Removals to any organisation having library relocations to be carried out.
